These terms apply to private social publishing apps operated by SomeGoodApps, including the Night Editor Suite app.
Purpose
Night Editor Suite is used only to help authorized operators publish social media videos to connected Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts. It is not offered as a public service or consumer application.
Authorized Use
Access is limited to authorized users. You may not use the app to access, publish to, or manage any account unless you have permission to do so.
Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for the videos, captions, and other content they choose to publish. Content must comply with applicable laws and the terms, policies, and community rules of the relevant social network, including Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Prohibited Use
The app may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, spam, harassment, deceptive activity, or any use that violates platform rules.
Availability
The app is provided for private operational use and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

These terms may be updated as the app or platform requirements change. Continued use of the app means the updated terms apply.
